Canada Goose is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate for our London store. You will drive personal sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to CRM-driven clienteling and post-sale engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the management team, participation in product knowledge sessions, and adherence to store standards. We value experience with affluent luxury brands, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Experience working with affluent luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools/processes.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Drive NPS and other selling metrics such as conversion and AUR.
• Contribute to Units per Transaction by promoting categories.
• Develop and maintain CRM through clienteling and post-sale engagement.
• Promote memorable customer experiences and repeat purchases.
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink and ensure POS accuracy.
• Support upkeep of store standards and Visual Merchandising directives.
