Canada Goose is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate at our Oxfordshire store. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional service and maintain CRM-driven client relations to encourage repeat visits. The role requires a polished, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

We value teamwork, brand knowledge, and a strong sense of responsibility for store standards. Experience with premium brands in busy locations is preferred; Microsoft Office skills and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in delivering sales performance in fast-paced, high-traffic locations.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of CRM processes and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Contribute to improving NPS and key selling metrics such as conversion and average transaction value.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Follow store SOPs and maintain visual merchandising standards.
