Job summary

FENDI London Selfridges is seeking a Senior or Client Advisor Shoes to deliver a luxurious shopping experience in-store. You will upsell, manage client relationships, and support store operations while maintaining a premium brand image and service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury retail, with shoe/footwear experience preferred, and fluent English. A strong, professional appearance and exceptional communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion with at least 1 year in Luxury Sales.
• Previous experience in Shoe/Footwear category preferred.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Monitor sales, achieve KPIs, and support store targets.
• Provide customer feedback on products, including newly launched items.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture the FENDI customer base using CRM tools.
• Operate sales management system for stock transfers, payments and customer data input.
