Job description
Overview

We are supporting a highly successful, self-made UHNW entrepreneur in the wellness space, who has built and exited a globally recognised brand and now enjoys an exceptionally dynamic international lifestyle. This is a rare opportunity to support a Principal who operates at the highest level, with residences across multiple locations in Europe and the UK and a fast-moving, ever-evolving schedule.

This is a true Private PA and luxury lifestyle management role, focused entirely on the Principal’s personal world. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the Principal’s life runs seamlessly, calmly, and discreetly, from global travel and residences to wellness, personal logistics, gifting, and day-to-day requests and errands.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-touch, service-led environment, is unflappable under pressure, and enjoys anticipating needs before they are voiced. Plans change constantly and often at the last minute, so flexibility, confidence, and strong judgment are essential. The Principal values efficiency, simplicity, and solutions, so this role requires someone who can take ownership, manage up when appropriate, and quietly make things happen. Due to the principal’s nomadic lifestyle, much of the role will be done remotely, so candidates who are very confident self-starters are a must.

This position requires full discretion, complete reliability and availability outside of normal working hours. You will be the Principal’s trusted point of contact, managing everything remotely and in person, across multiple time zones.

Ideally, the Private PA will be based either in London, Manchester or Monaco. Although there is travel involved in the role, the frequency of this is open for discussion depending on preference and location.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE
  • Providing top-level private PA and lifestyle support to the Principal, acting as a trusted right hand and central point of coordination
  • Managing complex international travel end-to-end, including private charters and commercial flights, five-star accommodation, visas, seating preferences, catering requests, and dynamic itineraries that can adapt to last-minute changes
  • Proactively managing the Principal’s health, wellness, and self-care schedule, including medical appointments, treatments, spas, fitness regimes, and global wellness retreats
  • Coordinating all personal documentation securely, including passports, visas, residency cards, renewals and urgent replacements where required
  • Anticipating and delivering on all personal requests with a concierge-level approach, often via WhatsApp and remotely
  • Acting as a calm, practical problem-solver who can apply good judgement and manage up where needed, without being flustered by changing plans or incomplete decisions
  • Researching and procuring high-end products, services, luxury experiences, and suppliers, with excellent attention to detail and presentation
  • Purchasing, coordinating, and tracking gifts and personal items
  • Managing lifestyle and entertainment logistics, including securing reservations at exclusive restaurants, private members clubs, cultural events, and planning end-to-end social itineraries
  • Coordinating transfers, drivers, and looking after vehicles, including MOTs, servicing, insurance, and assisting with the discreet purchase or sale of high-value cars
  • Acting as the key liaison across multiple residences, serving as a single point of contact with house managers, household staff, and property managers for day-to-day operations, maintenance, services, and renovations
  • Supporting the administrative tracking and organisation of personal payments, invoices, refunds, and sensitive personal financial administration
  • Providing administrative support for sensitive family matters, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
  • Managing all courier and delivery logistics (local and international), including groceries, high-value purchases, customs issues, refunds, and resolving delays or refused deliveries
  • Handling urgent and unexpected requests with speed, resourcefulness, and discretion, including last-minute service sourcing and resolving supplier or authority obstacles
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Proven Private PA or Lifestyle EA experience supporting a HNW or UHNW principal is essential
  • Comfortable with outside of hours availability and frequent last-minute changes, with a calm and unflappable approach
  • Strong international travel planning expertise, including multi-stop itineraries and complex visa requirements
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Naturally proactive, service-minded, and solutions-led with strong initiative
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism, with confidence handling sensitive personal matters
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, able to build rapport and operate remotely
  • Confident working at pace, managing ambiguity, and prioritising effectively
  • Ideally UK-based, and willing to travel internationally as required (open to discussion)
  • Strong references from previous principals are essential
  • Right to work (and where relevant, ability to work) in the UK and/or Monaco depending on final set-up
