Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and uphold the property’s legendary service standards. This role requires flair for guest engagement, strong leadership, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

You will oversee arrivals, departures and guest interactions, maintain a high profile front desk presence, manage rosters and training, and drive continuous improvement across the guest journey while working across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office supervisory/leadership role within luxury hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front Office team, creating a positive culture while ensuring exceptional service and luxury standards.
• Maintain a strong Front Office and lobby presence, overseeing arrivals, departures and guest interactions, and resolving concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive service standards, using guest feedback and quality results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee room inventory, allocations and upselling opportunities, collaborating with other departments to maximise experience and commercial performance.
• Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including staffing, training, rosters, payroll controls, billing accuracy, cash handling and compliance with hotel procedures.
