Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London is seeking a Chef de Brigade to join our Front Office team. You will supervise the receptionist team, coordinate shifts and mentor colleagues to deliver five-star guest service in a luxury environment.

As a Chef de Brigade, you will manage arrivals and departures, monitor room status, and maintain seamless communication with reservations. A proven track record in a luxury hotel and strong communication skills are essential to ensure exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience supervising receptionist teams in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage rotating shifts and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the receptionist team, conducting on-the-job trainings, and providing feedback.
• Providing arrival/departure updates, monitoring room status and booking levels with reservations.
• Conducting handover briefings and ensuring consistent communication with the reception team.
• Ensuring quality guest service and acting as a role model for standards.
• Being the first point of contact for guest complaints.
