Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will warmly greet guests on check-in and check-out, ensuring our standards are met at all times, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

You will work on a rotating 39-hour, 5-day week schedule, with morning, afternoon, and occasional night shifts. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, and excellent communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon check-in and check-out, ensuring standards are met.
• Prepare reports such as credit checks and departures.

• Answer guest phone calls and collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest requests.
