Major’s, the signature restaurant of Cambridge House in Mayfair, seeks a Captain/Head Waiter to lead a section with a passion for exceptional food, service and hospitality. You’ll read the room, tailor experiences, and work closely with kitchen and the broader team to bring each service to life with precision and care.

In this role you’ll guide guests through the dining journey, recommending food, wine, and beverages, while maintaining flawless standards and a collaborative, guest-centric

Competenze

• Experience as Captain/Head Waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Ability to lead service and coordinate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, approachable manner and genuine hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Assist Restaurant Management with day-to-day operations and ongoing service improvements.
• Contribute ideas to refine service rituals and strengthen Major’s distinctive identity.
