You will help keep showrooms running smoothly, assist the Client Experience Manager, and work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure every client leaves delighted.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising colleagues and leading teams.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of luxury retail products and brands is a plus.

• Support the Client Experience Manager to deliver world-class service.
• Liaise with Sales Consultants to ensure seamless client journeys.
• Ensure all client stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Role model and team player who supports colleagues to wow clients.
• Represent the brand with confidence and knowledge to clients.
