Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Client Experience Supervisor to support the team and deliver the world-class service our Rolex clients expect. You will help keep showrooms running smoothly, assist the Client Experience Manager, and work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure every client leaves delighted.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising colleagues and leading teams.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of luxury retail products and brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Experience Manager to deliver world-class service.
• Liaise with Sales Consultants to ensure seamless client journeys.
• Ensure all client stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Role model and team player who supports colleagues to wow clients.
• Represent the brand with confidence and knowledge to clients.
