Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group is a UK luxury watch retailer with showrooms across the UK, Europe, and the US. We seek an energetic Client Experience Supervisor to support Hosts, stock stations, and contribute to an outstanding client journey in our Westminster showroom.

You will collaborate with Sales Consultants and the Client Experience Manager to maintain world-class service, lead by example, and grow your expertise in luxury timepieces and guest care.

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising colleagues.
• Organised with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
• Great communication and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client service stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Assist the Client Experience Manager and liaise with Sales Consultants to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Lead and support the hosting team to uphold luxury service standards.
