Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Client Experience Host in the Greater London area to maintain stocked client experience stations and support Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room. You will help deliver an exceptional, memorable client experience and represent the brand with confidence and knowledge.

The role focuses on hospitality, beverages, and strong communication skills to engage clients and learn about the luxury watch collection we offer.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be highly organised.
• Experience making and serving beverages.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn about luxury watches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked client experience stations.
• Assist Sales Consultants in showroom and VIP room.
• Deliver exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
• Represent the Watches of Switzerland Group with confidence and knowledge.
