The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Client Experience Host in our London showrooms to ensure a flawless client journey. You will keep all client experience stations stocked and assist Sales Consultants in delivering exceptional service.

The right candidate is detail‑minded, a strong communicator, eager to learn about luxury watches, and a flexible team player who enjoys entertaining guests and beverages. This role sits at the heart of our premium retail experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience of making and serving beverages is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients confidently.
• Willingness to learn about luxury watches and brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client experience stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Assist Sales Consultants within the showroom and VIP room to deliver exceptional client experience.
