BVLGARI UK in Manchester is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for our Selfridges Manchester Boutique, specializing in jewelry and watches. You will embody the brand, delivering personalized service and expert product knowledge to build lasting client relationships.

In this full-time role, you will aim to exceed sales targets, maintain CRM records, and support customers with a flawless luxury experience while adhering to brand policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong product knowledge of jewelry and watches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional selling experience to all clients and prospects.
• Assist clients entering the store, managing browsing, purchases, CARE and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM and execute 1-to-1 CRM initiatives per guidelines.
• Address complex client complaints with diplomacy and propose resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service departments locally and centrally.
• Actively work to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
