Job summary

Harbourne Associates Ltd is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to drive growth across Surrey, West Sussex and Berkshire, targeting professional salon and stylist clients.

You will develop territory plans, maintain a robust pipeline, conduct 6–10 daily sales calls, onboard and grow key accounts, and manage pricing per guidelines.

The package features a base salary with £34k–£38k, a monthly bonus up to £47k, a company car or £5k allowance, private pension, and 27 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
• Structured approach to building and developing accounts.
• Experience with pricing and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory sales plan focused on professional salon and stylist clientele.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and conduct 6-10 sales calls per day.
• Win, onboard and develop key accounts; negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Identify opportunities via KPI dashboard to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
