Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Specialist to join our front-of-house team in Tewkesbury. You will be the key link between clients and workshop technicians, handling service appointments and managing expectations to deliver premium experiences.

We require solid experience in a dealership environment, strong communication, and a good grasp of routine maintenance and workshop workflows. A full UK driving licence is essential; on-site parking is provided.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + competitive performance bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Specialist to join our front-of-house team. Acting as the key link between our valued clients and expert workshop technicians, you will handle daily service appointments, manage customer expectations, advise on required repairs/maintenance, and ensure seamless luxury service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Experience Specialist within a dealership environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering premium customer service.
• Solid understanding of routine vehicle maintenance, service plans, and workshop workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and confidence with dealership DMS software.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Base: Tewkesbury (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Strategic position located just 2 minutes off Junction 9 of the M5 motorway and directly accessible via the A46.
