Job summary

The Fears Watch Company is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations team at the Bristol head office. You will assemble watches, help run the workshop, prepare build kits, manage component stock, and perform quality control to ensure high standards.

Key duties include kit preparation, timely assembly, and accurate stock transfers, with a focus on precision and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Watchmaker or Repair Technician with luxury watches.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Interest in watches and how they work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble watches to Fears quality standards.
• Compile build-kits and record stock transfers.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and tool upkeep.
• QC components and final assembly to minimise defects.
• Test movements and case water resistance.
• Regulate watches to match movement specs.
• Support aftersales metrics and communicate delays.
