Job summary

Fears Watch Company Limited in Bristol is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations team. You will assemble watches, help run and maintain the workshop, prepare build kits and manage component stock.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, with hours Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, and start late August with flexible commencement. You will work to tight quality standards in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant assembly experience with watches.
• Experience performing movement exchanges on luxury watches.
• Excellent attention to detail and high dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate assembly of watches to Fears quality standards.
• Prepare build kits and manage component stock transfers.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure tools are properly maintained.
• Perform quality control on components and final watches.
