Job summary

The Fears Watch Company is seeking a committed Watch Assembly Technician at its Bristol head office. You will join the Operations Department to assemble watches, maintain the workshop, prepare kits, manage component stock, and perform quality control.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling and carrying out movement exchanges on mechanical and quartz watches.
• Impeccable attention to detail and dexterity for small components.
• Team player with good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient assembly of watches in line with quality standards.
• Compile build kits and record stock transfers accurately.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform QC on components and final watches to minimise failures.
• Test movements and case water resistance; regulate watches to match specifications.
• Monitor aftersales return rate and communicate issues to the team.
• Keep stock records accurate and report stock requirements to the Operations Manager.
