Aufgaben

• Provide five-star, ultra-luxury service, anticipating guests’ needs and going the extra mile to create memorable experiences.
• Deliver seamless arrivals and departures, including preparing arrivals, completing check-ins and check-outs, managing room assignments and ensuring guest information is accurately maintained.
• Build positive relationships with guests and associates, responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns with genuine care.
• Share your knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, dining, spa and other amenities, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through appropriate recommendations and upselling.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and complete cashiering and payment procedures in line with established standards.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Butlers and other hotel teams, sharing relevant guest information and room-status updates to ensure a seamless stay.
