Rosewood London is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Guest Relations team and ensure a memorable guest experience in our Front Office. You will uphold Rosewood standards, supervise daily operations and guide associates to deliver personalised service.

The role requires strong team leadership, deep guest service passion, and a proactive approach to guest needs within a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations.
• Strong guest service orientation and service delivery.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a front desk team.

Role

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Rosewood London. Our Front Desk Supervisor is entrusted to supervise the Guest Relations team to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key expectations of this role are

• Providing our guests service in accordance with Rosewood standards.
• Having a thorough knowledge of all hotel areas, standards and procedures required at the Front Office.
• Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all Front Desk Associates.
• Intuitively anticipating guests’ needs, by responding promptly and acknowledging all guests, whatever time of day.

Profile

• The ability to work in a team, build relationships and provide guidance to others.
• Possessing a real passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having an engaging presence.
• A thorough understanding of the function of property management systems (Opera).
