Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team, cleaning guest bedrooms and suites to a luxury standard.

You will attend daily briefings and trainings, prepare the pantry and trolley, and coordinate your allocated rooms while reporting progress using a communications device.

We value attention to detail, guest service, teamwork and organisation, with 28 days holiday, a company pension, 12 complimentary room nights and worldwide F&B discounts.

Qualifications

• Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and refreshing our guest bedrooms.
• Attending the daily morning briefing and trainings.
• Preparing your pantry and trolley with the supplies needed for the day.
