InterContinental London – The O2 - Arora Group is seeking luggage porters to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and promptly fulfill requests to create a memorable stay. Greet guests with a smile, assist in and out of vehicles, and ensure luggage needs are met with professionalism.

Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, local promotions, and happenings to provide accurate information while delivering and collecting packages and maintaining orderly luggage storage.

• Luggage porters provide a warm welcome to guests and assist with luggage and requests promptly
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and smile
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles by opening doors courteously
• Ensure all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, activities, promotions and local happenings to provide accurate information
• Deliver or collect guest packages, messages, and letters from rooms
• Manage luggage storage ensuring items are labeled and stored neatly

• Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile
• Assists our guests in and out vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously.
• Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
• Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
• Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.
