Job summary

InterContinental London - The O2 - Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen area clean and safe while supporting chefs with essential tasks. You will help with washing crockery, utensils, and equipment, and assist with prep as required.

Based at the Greenwich Peninsula site attached to the O2, the role offers a clear path within a five-star hotel with 493 bedrooms, diverse dining, spa facilities, and state‑of‑the‑art conference spaces.

Salary – £27,040 per annum

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of working areas.
• Washing all hotel crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment, and food service equipment.
• Supporting the chefs with kitchen service preparation, cutting vegetables, etc.
