InterContinental London O2, located on Greenwich Peninsula attached to the O2, seeks a luggage porter to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and fulfill requests promptly.

You will greet guests, open doors, manage luggage needs, and stay informed about hotel facilities to provide accurate information. A smart appearance and excellent communication help you shine; 5-star hotel experience is a plus.

• Deliver or collect packages and messages from guests' rooms.
• Manage luggage storage room and labeling.

Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.

• Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile
• Assists our guests in and out vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously.
• Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
• Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
• Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.
