The Casual Luggage Porter is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with arrival to and departure from the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to: welcome the guest to the hotel in a professional manner, offering car valet service where required, ensuring the forecourt is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards, a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage, assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints where applicable, and ensuring the hotel lobby is clean and well maintained at all times.
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
