Overview
CRM Loyalty Specialist – Band 5B – Permanent contract. Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London office. Reports into the CRM & Loyalty Manager and will support all aspects of Pandora's Customer Loyalty scheme. Objectives include driving new customer acquisition and maximising value from Loyalty members across store and online business.

What to expect from the role
- Assist the CRM & Loyalty Manager with all areas of the Loyalty strategy for the British Isles (UK and Ireland).
- Build and maintain relationships across Retail, E-commerce, Marketing and Global Loyalty teams.
- Champion the loyalty programme and ensure data capture is included in activity; take a test & learn approach to maximise performance.
- Proactively seek new opportunities for driving customer value and data capture.
- Plan and execute loyalty campaigns to drive value in the Trading Line Up.
- Work with the eCommerce trading & testing teams to analyse the web data capture journey and maximise data capture opportunities on pandora.net.
- Understand data capture challenges in retail and improve processes through feedback from store teams.
- Build strong relationships with the wider marketing team and ensure My Pandora and Pandora Club have appropriate presence in paid and owned marketing channels.
- Interrogate the existing database and deploy techniques to convert contacts to My Pandora and Pandora Club members.
- Report on KPIs weekly and monthly, showing how the loyalty programme adds commercial value to the business.
The successful candidate
- 2+ years experience in a Loyalty marketing or CRM role.
- Confident in speaking to stakeholders across all levels of the business, including campaign reviews and store visits.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Analytical with ability to provide insights and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Proactive with good initiative.
- Enthusiasm, positivity and a creative approach to problem-solving with a passion for CRM & Loyalty.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly CRM.
- Results-focused and commercially aware with a mindset of continual optimization.
- Basic understanding of legal requirements such as GDPR and E-Privacy laws.
Ideal candidates will have
- Proven track record of driving growth from a loyalty programme.
- Experience working for an omnichannel retailer.
- Strong experience of an omnichannel approach to data capture.
- Experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platform.
- Experience using Power BI and Adobe Analytics.
