**Your Role:** The front of house team is currently looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly and their experience is memorable by providing excellent food, beverages, and flawless service. This position is based at our newly opened 'SAMBAROOM'—a cocktail bar and private dining room on the 39th floor of London’s Heron Tower.

**Your Requirements:** The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, taking orders, answering menu questions, selling food and drinks, processing payments, and communicating with the kitchen—all with a warm, friendly demeanor.

**We would love you to have:**

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar fast-paced environment (to be assessed at trial/interview)
• Good English communication skills
• Drink lounge/bar experience and PDR (preferred)
• Willingness to work late finishes
• Flexible availability, any 5 days a week (Monday-Sunday)
• Respect for diversity and individuality
• Ability to adhere to set processes and standards
