Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in London is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support for a short-term contract. You will be the primary on-site contact, resolving issues with devices, network, and AV systems, and ensuring a reliable user experience.

The role requires independent work, strong customer service, and the ability to collaborate with wider engineering teams. Prior experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is a plus, as is familiarity with ITSM

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in IT support or IT administration.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision, ideally in a standalone onsite support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user devices, network connectivity and AV systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform, with ServiceNow preferred.
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to get up to speed quickly in a short-term assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to network connectivity, end-user devices and AV systems.
• Manage and progress service desk tickets, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Test and monitor network connectivity and overall user experience.
• Support AV system setup, testing and vendor coordination.
• Work alongside network, AV and endpoint engineering teams to facilitate onsite activities.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
• Deliver a responsive, professional and customer-focused IT support service.
