Anson McCade Pty in London is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for an onsite contract position. You will act as the onsite point of contact for IT service delivery, providing high-level support and customer service to users while collaborating with network, AV, and endpoint teams.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support/administration, consultancy experience, strong troubleshooting and independent work ethic.

Qualificações

• 3+ years IT support/IT administration experience.
• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting end users in a professional services environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite 1st/2nd line IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support network connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite support for AV systems and meeting room technology.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technical engineering teams.
• Support network, AV and endpoint engineers with onsite activities.
• Carry out basic setup, testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and user experience.
• Work autonomously and manage priorities with minimal day-to-day supervision.
