Accenture is seeking a Smart Hands Technician to join our London-based team onsite with a major financial institution. You will support end-users, manage room technology, install network gear and software, and handle asset inventories while following ITIL processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong English skills, cable management expertise, and the ability to document procedures clearly. This role requires an on-site presence in London and a 24/7 on-call rotation for certain duties.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong cable management skills and multi-device data interpretation.
• Capable of documenting processes clearly and thoroughly.
• Experience with ITIL processes including change, service requests, problems and incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site end-user support including VIP users.
• Maintain meeting room tech, telephony and AV equipment.
• Install network gear and patch infrastructure in data closets.
• Install software on devices per procedures.
• Escalate and assist on-site customers, manage tickets promptly.
• Document issues and drive resolutions with customers and device owners.
• Maintain asset inventory and deployment in data centers.
