Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Smart Hands Technician to support end-users onsite in London, working with meeting rooms, telephony and AV systems. You will install network equipment, patch infrastructure, and assist with server/storage hardware in data centers.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and knowledge of ITIL processes. On-site work with occasional travel and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; able to read complex documentation.
• Strong cable management and structured cabling knowledge.
• Able to interpret multi-device information and installation specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional end-user IT support onsite, including VIP users.
• Support meeting room technology, telephony and AV equipment.
• Install network equipment and patch infrastructure in data closets.
• Escalate and respond to tickets on a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Document issues and update ticketing systems with clear, actionable information.
