Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking an on-site Conference Operations Lead responsible for end-to-end execution of our European conferences, coordinating venues, suppliers, and on-site teams.

You’ll own the process from sourcing to delivery, work closely with the CEO and team, and have opportunities to travel with the conferences overseas. Training provided; UK work permit required; role designed for growth within a start-up culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or coordination preferred.
• UK work permit is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for event needs.
• Plan and execute conferences, including venue coordination and logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events and manage internal queries.
• Hire, train and coordinate a 40-person volunteer team.
