MVP is partnering exclusively with Bulk™ to appoint a Logistics Director as it continues its growth journey.
Logistics is central to Bulk™’s business — it owns the customer promise, drives commercial performance and has genuine board-level visibility. This is a hands-on, high-impact, high profile role with full ownership of UK, EU and global logistics operations and the opportunity to shape how the business scales next.

The Opportunity: Accelerating Progress, Optimising Efficiency

You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for inbound freight, inter-site transport, warehousing & fulfilment, carriers and last-mile delivery across the UK and EU, with full P&L ownership and accountability.

Key priorities include:

• Setting and delivering logistics strategy - balancing cost, speed and service
• Owning the P&L – across global freight, transport, warehousing (in-house & 3PL) and carrier networks. Optimising a complex, multi-stream logistics P&L.
• Owning the online customer promise - elevating the online customer delivery experience across UK and EU through initiatives to improve reliability, speed, and transparency
• Driving carrier and network optimisation across the UK and Europe
• Leading inbound freight strategy across road and sea, including international flows
• Actively managing 3PL partnerships and in-house operations
• Team leadership - building and leading a high-performing logistics leadership team

About you

We’re looking for a proven logistics leader and strategic operator, with the ability to be hands‑on when required. You’ll be from a high‑growth, e‑commerce or FMCG environment, and will have a track record of scaling logistics operations. You’ll be data‑driven, and obsessed with delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll bring:

• Senior leadership experience across logistics, fulfilment or supply chain within high-growth, e‑commerce environments
• Proven ownership of complex, multi-country logistics P&Ls
• Strong experience managing both in-house operations and 3PL models
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations while improving cost and service metrics
• End-to-end inbound and outbound logistics expertise
• A commercial, data-driven mindset with a hands‑on leadership style

You’ll be commercially sharp, decisive under ambiguity, influential rather than hierarchical, and comfortable staying close to the detail when needed.
