Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Port Salford site on a full-time basis. The role is office-based with standard Monday–Friday hours and some weekend cover when required.

You will support day-to-day customer service administration, manage emails, process orders in SAP, and provide timely reports while maintaining a high level of client focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good geographical knowledge required.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Conscientious and reliable with adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails for internal and external personnel.
• Problem solve for clients and internal teams.
• Meet customer and client expectations.
• Resolve customer and client queries.
• Key order entry in SAP.
• Maintain high level of customer focus.
• Provide reports for clients in a timely manner.
• ATP control for order releasing.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with other admin tasks as needed.
