Culina, part of Great Bear, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support day-to-day administration of Customer Services in a fast-paced environment. You will handle emails, SAP order entry, reporting, and stakeholder communications while ensuring accuracy and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Answer emails from internal and external personnel.
• Problem solve for clients and internal departments.
• Meet customer and client expectations.
• Resolve customer and client queries.
• Perform SAP order entry.
• Maintain high level of customer focus.
• Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
• Control ATP for order releasing.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Carry out other admin tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
