Job summary

Culina Logistics in Stafford is seeking a Stock Administrator to ensure accurate stock control, reconcile stock against the system, and resolve discrepancies. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm and offers a permanent full-time position.

Key duties include generating stock reports, handling queries, investigating variances, processing returns, and maintaining data integrity across warehouse systems. Join a team focused on efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute stock reports to internal and external customers.
• Process stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigate discrepancies and process dispute procedures.
• Process returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursue stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Process system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintain accurate transactions in external warehouse database.
• Investigate outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Record and escalate internal and external non-conformances.
• Provide cover for Goods In desk as required.
• Carry out general administration tasks.

Our Stafford site have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

As a Stock Administrator you will be responsible for providing accurate stock administration, reconciling actual stock against system stock, investigating discrepancies and escalating non-conformance.

Salary: £27,367

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Key Duties of Stock Administrator:

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• Providing cover for Goods In desk as required.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.

• Previous experience within a fast paced, Administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
• Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise.
• Excellent customer service skills.
