Flex is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 1-year fixed term, based in Kendal, UK. The role focuses on UK dispatch support and occasional import/export tasks across Anord Mardix UK sites, collaborating with production, planning, procurement and sales.

You will manage outbound/inbound deliveries, ensure accurate shipping docs, and support cost-effective transport arrangements while maintaining compliance with customs and HMRC requirements.

Formación

• Some Logistics/Administration experience
• Ability to use Excel at Intermediate level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Efficient at organising and maintaining electronic documentation
• Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound and inbound deliveries
• Ensure shipping documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Production
• Arrange and manage transport and logistics efficiently
• Liaise with clients to meet delivery requirements
• Negotiate prices with suppliers
• Raise Purchase Orders per procedures
• Maintain records for customs and HMRC audits
• Chase proofs of delivery for revenue recognition
• Prepare weekly/monthly logistics KPI reports
• Cover export/import processes when required
