Retail Human Resources plc in Islington, London, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the inbound flow of products from suppliers through to warehouse facilities across the UK. You will coordinate shipments, monitor vessel departures and arrivals, manage documentation, support customs and freight invoices, and work with 3PLs and internal teams to drive improvements.

The business is experiencing significant year-on-year growth and is looking for alogistics coordinatorto join its UK team in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to build their experience within logistics and supply chain in a fast-paced, international environment.
As logistics coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the inbound flow of products from suppliers through to warehouse facilities across the UK. You’ll coordinate shipments, monitor vessel departures and arrivals, manage documentation, support customs and import activity, review freight invoices and maintain accurate shipment information across internal systems. You’ll also work closely with 3PL partners, freight forwarders and internal teams, while supporting continuous improvement projects and proactively identifying and escalating any risks or delays.
We’re looking for someone who isorganised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a changing environment. This could suit someone in theirfirst or second rolewho has some workplace experience and is genuinely looking to build a career in logistics or supply chain. A logistics degree or previous logistics experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential for the right person. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are important, alongside a solutions-focused mindset, willingness to learn and, most importantly, a genuineteam-player mentality. Experience with shipping documentation, freight forwarding, customs or inbound logistics would be advantageous.
Salary is up to £35,000 and a discretionary annual bonus. 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.Hybrid:3 days office / 2 days home.
