Job summary

Flex is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 1-year fixed-term role based in Kendal, United Kingdom. The role focuses on supporting the UK dispatch process and occasionally import/export activities across Anord Mardix UK sites.

You will work with Production, Planning, Projects, Procurement and Sales, coordinating deliveries, documentation, and KPI reporting. Intermediate Excel skills and reliable organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
• Some Logistics/Administration experience is desirable.
• Ability to use Excel at an Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all outbound and inbound deliveries.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation including delivery notes and invoices.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Production to organise collections and deliveries.
• Arrange and manage transport and logistics in a cost-efficient and effective manner.
• External liaison with clients to meet delivery requirements to a high standard.
• Maintain records for customs authorities and HMRC audit purposes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly logistics KPI reports.
• Cover export/import processes when required.
