A leading aggregates supplier in the South is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure efficient operations. You will coordinate orders and manage resources while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong organisational skills and has experience in logistics or the construction industry. As a Logistics Coordinator at Day Group Ltd, you will play a central role in keeping our operations moving efficiently and safely. You’ll be the key link between our customers, drivers, and depot teams, making sure that orders are fulfilled on time, vehicles are scheduled effectively, and safety standards are maintained across the board.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, great communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment. If you enjoy problem‑solving, coordinating people and resources, and ensuring things run smoothly, this could be the role for you.
Annual salary plus the 9% non‑contributory pension with Scottish Widows. You may be entitled to the discretionary Annual and Christmas bonuses. Annual leave of 29 days per year, including 8 Bank Holidays.
43.75 hours – 8.75 hours per day Monday – Friday, between the hours of 0600‑1800, with 45 minutes for lunch (unpaid). Plus 4.5 hours on 1 in 3 Saturdays, between the hours of 0600‑1200.
