Key Responsibilities

Material & Inventory Coordination

• Manage inbound / outbound flow of materials and finished goods.
• Schedule daily / weekly customer shipments aligned to production plans.
• Track WIP and inter-site transfers; ensure proof of delivery.
• Support packing and labelling activities.

Shipping & Logistics Operations

• Plan domestic and international shipments per customer terms (e.g., Ex-Works, FOB).
• Prepare documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers for on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
