Overview

Locum GP Required – 4 Sessions Per Week. A Temporary position with a commitment of 4 sessions per week.

Working days: Tuesday and Friday during September and October.

Practice

Cowdenbeath Medical Practice has an opportunity for a Locum GP to join our team. We are a well established 8 Partner training practice serving a population of approximately 11,600.

  • Centrally located and easily commutable by car or train from Edinburgh, Perth and Forth Valley.
  • Purpose built, Partner-owned premises.
  • Stable Partnership.
  • Approachable and supportive partners.
  • Well supported by a committed Management team with a dedicated, friendly Administrative team.
  • Complemented by a clinical team of 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, Mental Health Triage Nurse, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, Midwife, Community Treatment and Care Nurses, Phlebotomists and Primary Care Pharmacy Team.
  • A paperlite practice using EMIS PCS/Docman systems.
  • 15 minute face to face and telephone advanced booking appointments.
We are looking for
  • A friendly and enthusiastic colleague.
  • A conscientious and approachable GP.
  • A commitment of 4 sessions per week on a Tuesday and Friday during September and October.
