Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Training Systems Associate Representative to support LMS front-end users, configure training profiles, and manage basic data tasks within our global operations and quality framework. You will help ensure data integrity, assist with audit reporting, and resolve routine system issues while contributing to multiple cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support and resolve basic issues for the assigned organization.
• Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion.
• Conduct basic data tasks such as uploading training transcripts and creating employee profiles.
• Audit data to ensure high data quality and integrity and propose clean-up solutions.
• Assist end-users with reports and back-end reporting during regulatory audits.
• Resolve routine system issues from customer support tickets with the team.
• Perform other incidental duties.
