Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an LMS Coordinator to support the maintenance of the global LMS, including system configuration, user data, training content, assignments, and reporting. You will be one of the main contacts for countries seeking digital learning support and help design learning pathways.

You will collaborate with the Group End To End Talent Team to deliver the L&D strategy through technology, and work with stakeholders to produce monthly and annual training reports to demonstrate

Qualifications

• LMS Administration & coordination experience desirable.
• Experience prioritising workload across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with learning management systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR/Sox).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the global LMS, including user data, content, assignments and reporting.
• Provide support to countries for digital learning needs and ad hoc L&D assistance.
• Advise on best practice LMS structure and help create learning pathways.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to deliver L&D strategy through technology.
• Produce monthly and annual training reports to demonstrate impact and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely ticket resolution to meet SLAs.
