Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Learning Systems Administrator to join the training team. You will support onboarding, maintain LMS/QMS records, and coordinate learning events to ensure compliant training across the organisation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. The position is based at Randox Science Park, Antrim, with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding and induction programmes.
• Experience maintaining training records and data accuracy.
• Experience supporting audits and responding to training queries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programmes.
• Maintaining training records within the LMS and QMS.
• Administering training plans and learning events.
• Monitoring training completion and producing routine reports.
• Supporting audit activities.
