Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the global LMS and its user base. You will create and maintain course workflows, manage training assignments, and work with IT and vendors to resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS, plus strong MS Office skills and outstanding communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in maintaining and administering the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to plan, strategize, manage, monitor and solve problems.
• Experience with training concepts and methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the global LMS, including workflows and training assignments.
• Provide end-user support and resolve LMS-related issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts and assist with audits and inspections.
• Create system guidelines and FAQs for consistent end-user operation.
