A global education organization is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant (Moodle) to lead a 12-month remote project aimed at modernizing and enhancing their learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong admin skills in LMS, particularly Moodle, and be adept at creating structured learning pathways. This role involves evaluating current systems, collaborating with SMEs, and implementing improvements to enrich the user experience, ensuring suitability for international assessment and certification.

They are seeking an experienced LMS Consultant (Moodle) to lead a full refresh of their existing learning platform. This 12-month assignment will focus on modernising, restructuring, and elevating their Moodle environment into a cohesive, intuitive, and professional global learning experience. You will take ownership of reviewing the current setup - its architecture, workflows, plugins, multilingual capabilities, and overall user experience - and provide clear recommendations for improvement. Working closely with subject matter experts, you’ll reorganise and curate legacy learning materials into structured, branded pathways, establish consistent navigation, and ensure the platform is fit for assessment, certification, and tracking at an international scale.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic vision with hands‑on technical capability, and who enjoys transforming dated systems into polished, modern digital learning environments.
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead on an exciting, global project which will shape the learning offering of this organisation for many years to come. The contract will be fully remote, and they are ideally looking to get started on 8th January 2026.
