• Experience in an admin role required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the Living Well Team.
• Manage all referrals and enquiries into the team.
• Ensure security of relevant referral information.
• Organize MDT daily and weekly huddles.
• Conduct clerical duties including filing and photocopying.
• Handle difficult telephone enquiries professionally.
