Cardea Healthcare is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency providing home care services and staff into residential settings. We are currently recruiting for Live In Care Assistant. This position is working with Adults with a wide range of disabilities and/or individuals who are nearing the end of their life.

Job Summary

The main responsibilities of the job are to support the individual's living within their homes to lead fulfilled lives. We pride ourselves on improving the lives of the people we support as well as assisting them to achieve their full potential. We promote a "doing with" opposed to "doing for" work ethic.

  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care
  • Encouraging participation in activities

  • Writing accurate and factual daily reports

Person Specification
  • At least 6 months care experience

Attainments and personal attributes considered essential to the post
