Qualifications

• Experience working in a care setting or with older people is useful.
• Experience can be personal caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
• Must have a passion for supporting others and demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and respect.
• Enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
